Very Tardy response, Ordered a week ago already and have not even been shipped nor any communicaiton on the delay.
Recent service from CISP has been terrible,. I am paying for a 500/500 service and it has been 20 days for them to try and resolve the issue as i am only getting 250 up, they blame the fiber provider but even just giving me feedback is too much of a problem for these guys. Promised to resolve issue and give update but don't keep commitments. Paying full price for something that is half the upload speed.
I order and Axpert invert 7.2KW from DIY Geek but unfortunately I missed that I needed to confirm stock availability. The guys were super helpful and suggested several good alternatives. In the end though I did not take one of the suggested alternatives and rather requested a refund. The refund was done very promptly after requesting it. I would definitely deal with them in the future again
This company has the worst customer service I have come across to date, Their staff really needs training. They advertise a service on their webiste https://coolideas.co.za/ftth-products/ but when you try and apply for and an upgrade of 2 of your links to this new speed they claim its not a service they provide and its not on their website, even after i sent them a link to the page on their website. Ordered items that was in stock and a month later still no stock, cant confirm if ETA is correct, have to keep phoning and follow up. When you phone the call center to confirm fi physical stock is available based on my first experience no one ever phone you back. only thing to do is drive to every store to find out.
I don't know why I do this to myself, Singed up for two additional data sim only contracts, Went to the morning side branch and after an hour my orders were loaded. Got a call a week later that they are approved and to collect the cards. All Good so far. First visit to collect the cards I am told that the consultant is not in that helped me and I can only collect the cards from him. Second visit their systems have apparently been upgraded and my orders are on the new system and they canty help me after waiting 2 hours for the system to come back. Third visit, the consultant is again not there insist on speaking to a manager, they phone him and with him helping them over the phone and them logging in as him they finally give me my new cards,. I am informed that he will e-mail me the invoice etc. Get home and insert the cards and they are not activated. After waiting a few days for the e-mail i give up and phone the callcenter after holding for an hour I am told they are not able to assist me and I need to return to the Morningside branch. Return to the store once again and I am told that the consultant is not in that helped me and I can only collect the cards from him. They try to contact him again to help remotely but he is not answering his phone. So one month later I still don't have the new cards working, going to go with other provider and cancel all my contracts when they come up for renewal.
Got all the usual notifications when ordering an item (UNIFI SFP+ DAC Network Cable) that was not in stock anywhere else with the local retailers so thought I would take a chance as it was not very expensive, got an e-mail that my order has been delivered and queried twice without any response. I suppose that's how you learn, hopefully this will help someone else getting ripped off. Will reverse the charges on my credit card and wait for local stock.
<p>It seems that MTN does not want more business, they have an online store but is useless.</p> <p>I applied for additional contract last week and had no response, phoned the call centre today and got told that there is a couple of week delay in them checking the online orders and have to do new application over the phone from scratch.</p> <p>Why do they even have such a facility if it isn’t being used?</p> <p>Let see if anybody else want to take my money.</p> <p> </p>
