After arrangements and then 2 debit orders going off a month as agreed and deducted sucessfully , to catch up due to short time at Company and disruption in production, we were a couple of Thousand Rand behind ( keep this in mind with this review further below. ) We went to the store when there was an issseu made the arrangement en still keeping to it and 2 debits a month ... Today at my Husbands Company two Lewis staff members pitched up at reception. Not only was he called of the floor but the disruption and reaction caused a bad impression of him...but they came to his work for not thousands outstanding... they came for R200.....R200. Not only did the cause defimation of his character but the arrogance of the Lewis staff member to ask my husband to send a cash send to her for the R200. I am speechless...... we would have understood if it was during the period we fell behind... but this is ridiculous.... To also ask for R200 cash send...is this how they operate ? Is this legal and correct way of your Company Ethics , customer relations etc. If they were instructed to do this...they have our home address and alternative nrs... Why create a wrong negative impression and tarnish a customers reputation at his work ( the job that pays the account just to say). Never ever with any of our Creditors and anywhere have we ever experienced something like this..... this is not normal.

On 13th we were informed that we received +/-R 40 000 as credit. We went in and purchased a TV, Washing Machine and HI FI. The TV was not in stock and they went to fetch it and deliver before 5 . We went through the whole credit and refference check . The Manager explained and we signed the contract. We were contracted before 17:00 to inform us that we would have to come in and redu the paper work as the Manager has to authorize the TV we sat there for hours . We had to redu a whole new contract , which I do not understand as it was done the previous day . Just for the TV which we were under the impression was done. All debi checks was approved. 31st Debit order went of and paid as per approved debi check. I received a call from Lewis by a extremmely rude woman to tell me the TV was not paid ( no debi check on our side for this) I made a EFT payment. Last week . Today 14th I get debited again for the month end approved Debit order . My debit order date is the 31st. What is going on.... Also when I wanted to purchase a fridge later last month I was told I had no credit left . My items wasnt nearly close to my credit being exhausted. What happened to my credit . Manager is not giving any feedback or explanation. Its nearly middle of month and nothing has been rectified...Debi check not adjusted and I worry that 31st I get debited again. Terrible service The funds they deducted today was not even my cash it was to cover a personal matter.... I need rhe debi check fixed and my funds deducted today refunded
