AWS Support can't hold up a feather
Extremely useless. Triple charged my account, its been over a week since I realised and logged a support issue. I still have no response on the matter, save for a bot asking me for more information.

This company is slow, inefficient and doesn't care about it's clients beyond the sale
My business partner and I bought one of their more complete packages. It's a bit pricey but the convenience was what we were after. It turns out that convenience is not at all what they give you after their brilliant salesman advertises this to you. Instead you will find that your agent doesn't reply to your emails and when you call their offices in the mornings when they open the receptionist will tell you that the agents are out for coffee. It is a sad afair indeed. In our case we needed documents quickly in order to clear shipments and we were promised that these documents would be available to us by specific dates. Not one of those comittments was fulfilled. We are two months into the process now and we still do not have all of the docuemtns that were supposed to take "2 weeks". For shelf companies and asociated documentation I would recomend going to literally anyone except them.
