She will further insist that this is an issue between your courier and you and not them. Only to find that she is mistaken, and too arrogant to admit to her error. It does not matter how many times you explain to her who you are and what your order is for - she will not be dissuaded from the erroneous thinking and will opt to remain steadfast in her belief that checking facts is a waste of time and that the client is ALWAYS at fault. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear.
