I ordered and paid for a CD Player, advertised by Audico as being available, on 27/11/2025. When I noticed on 2/12/2025 that my order was still reflecting on the Audico website as "awaiting payment", I queried this with them and followed up by emailing proof of payment to support@audi****line.co.za and then to Kenny Karsten, who appears to be the Manager there. Kenny wrote back to me as follows: "I am pushing for images from HFX and agreement as discussed to prepare an agreement for demo unit on loan until new arrives. I have been pushing them every day – will try make sure this is sorted today,". After hearing nothing further from Audico, I sent an email to Kenny on 8/1/2026 advising that I was giving Audico 7 days’ notice of cancellation of my order, effective on 14/1/2026, meaning that if I had not received delivery by 23/1/2026, the order must be considered to be cancelled and my money must be refunded. Needless to say, I have received no delivery, no further communication and no refund, to date. This atrocious conduct on the part of Audico beggars belief and I would advise all audiophiles to give them a wide berth! I hope that HelloPeter will follow this up on my behalf.
