I have had the utmost horrible experience with this company, after being **** to and given the complete run around by Karen Kritzinger' the business owner. I only received a total of 5 items out of my whole order, continuously being told that my whole order was ready to be shipped. I even went as far as reporting her to Standard Bank for *****, she then coaxed me to tell them to unblock her account otherwise she couldn't send my stuff. To date more than 12 items remain outstanding, and out of my 5 items received only 2 are of use, as the glasses with vinyl on were done so poorly I couldn't use them. She wont send my stuff, and she wont give me a refund, and its easier getting ahold of the president than it is this woman. To put into perspective I ordered last year July, and am getting married the 17th of Feb. Please do not order from Casey.
The same thing has happened to me whereby I placed an order in July and was promised in November that it would be shipped. It's now the middle of December and iv been promised a waybill number for the last 2 weeks. You can't phone them, whatsapps go unanswered and emails keep bouncing back. Can they be investigated?? Who else are they doing this to??? Catching poor brides!
