If you hear the name CaseyZa run as fast as you could!! Ive ordered infinity dresses, t-shirts, slippers, socks, ropes, glasses all to a total of R6000. Ive placed order in December. My wedding is in March 2024. Order was suppose to be sent end of February. CaseyZa is no where to be found. They don’t reply to emails, mia on fb, ect. I had to hire dresses now out of my own pocket for my brides****s which was nog budget for! I want to warn the next bride not to go through this. Believe me its the worst feeling ever. 😟 but the Lord will deal with them.

I have had the utmost horrible experience with this company, after being **** to and given the complete run around by Karen Kritzinger' the business owner. I only received a total of 5 items out of my whole order, continuously being told that my whole order was ready to be shipped. I even went as far as reporting her to Standard Bank for *****, she then coaxed me to tell them to unblock her account otherwise she couldn't send my stuff. To date more than 12 items remain outstanding, and out of my 5 items received only 2 are of use, as the glasses with vinyl on were done so poorly I couldn't use them. She wont send my stuff, and she wont give me a refund, and its easier getting ahold of the president than it is this woman. To put into perspective I ordered last year July, and am getting married the 17th of Feb. Please do not order from Casey.

I don't know what to do anymore. I'm so stressed that I'm getting sick. I've order the Complete Bridal Special with Casey, paid in full, January 2023. And it is a year and still receive nothing. The owner of Casey promised me in December after I already postpone my wedding due to the things that was not delivered I will get my things in January because my wedding is in January 27th, 2024. After they open for business on January 8th, 2024 I messaged the owner about the order the reply was that the employees will be back to work the next day. The 10th I send a message no reply, I called on WhatsApp but she doesn't answer. Send emails but no reply. I'm frustrated because why don't she reply on my messages and my wedding is next week. My brides****s don't work, so it is hard for them to buy new dress and will be more expensive. And it is short notice to get dresses. I'm writing this review I just wanted the things I've order. Please.

In March 2023 I emailed them to follow up regarding my order they told me I will received my order in April. April came never received my order, followed up they told me as per my invoice I have never received, asked them to send my invoice so I can see the terms and conditions of delivery date were they say I will receive my dresses before the wedding date that was 28 October I never received.. How will I know if the dress will fit maybe need to change something!! So in October the week of my wedding I emailed, message them asking when will I receive my dresses they told me I will receive my order before my wedding date.. We hade to go and buy new expensive dresses for my brides****s im the week of my wedding date. I have requested my refund from them. They told me it will take 30 days for my refund to be paid over to me.. So end of November came no refund!!!! I have emailed them again to follow up they say I will receive my refund on the 25 of December. 25 of December came still no refund in January I emailed them again asking them we’re is my refund the lady said her bookkeeper is on leave will be back on the 9 she will follow up regarding my refund she paid out of her personal bank account 50% of my refund.. I did receive my 50% but still waiting for the balance.. I have asked them were is my balance and now they don’t response to any of my messages.. I am so unhappy with them all I want is my balance..</div>

Ek het my bestelling geplaas op 17 Julie 2023 en het op 17 Julie 2023 betaal. 5 Maande terug. Die eerste keer was daar aan my n belofte gemaak om einde oktober my pakkie te stuur. Oktober het gekom en gegaan. T****ekeer is daar n belofte gemaak (op 27 Nov 2023) aan my om my pakkie twee weke terug te stuur dit het ook gekom en gegaan. Sy het vir my n foto gestuur (op 12 Des) van my betselling wat in n boks is en dat hulle net wag vir waybills details en dat ek dit via sms sal ontvang. Steeds tot vandag het ek geen waybill nommer of verdere kommunikasie van haar ontvang nie. Ek het haar al probeer ****ak via email, whatsapp en oproep ek kry absoluut geen terugvoering van haar nie. Sy kan net n boodskap stuur en sê jou goed is nie klaar of sy nog nie tyd gekry om my goed by die couriers uit te kry nie, maar nou maak sy beloftes wat sy nie kan na kom nie.

The same thing has happened to me whereby I placed an order in July and was promised in November that it would be shipped. It's now the middle of December and iv been promised a waybill number for the last 2 weeks. You can't phone them, whatsapps go unanswered and emails keep bouncing back. Can they be investigated?? Who else are they doing this to??? Catching poor brides!

The same thing has happened to me whereby I placed an order in July and was promised in November that it would be shipped. It's now the middle of December and iv been promised a waybill number for the last 2 weeks. You can't phone them, whatsapps go unanswered and emails keep bouncing back. Can they be investigated?? I've order the Complete Bridal Special in January for my wedding that was suppose to be on the 16th December 2023 but have to postponed the wedding because the things I've order was never delivered. My first deposit I've made was on the 03 January 2023 in a Standard bank account, account holder was Karen K Kritzinger. My second deposit was on the 01 February 2023 in a ABSA bank account, account holder was Nico Jacobus Kritzinger. Throughout the year I send email to find out when I will receive the package because according to the owner of Casey za.online I will receive my package in April. She sent me email that I will receive the package before my wedding date because of load shedding they don't have much time to complete the orders. On Monday, 11 December 2023 I send her a message on WhatsApp but she didn't respond. On Tuesday, 12 December 2023 her response was orders are being dispatched waiting for waybill details. That was her last message. I call the waybill courier company but nothing was under my cellphone number. Since Tuesday her cellphone was off, I called and it goes straight to voicemail. On Saturday, 16 December 2023 she blocked me on Facebook when I started react angry emoji on some of the post. I'm writing this review to stop it, I'm not the only one who was **** by her and maybe not the first nor the last. So I wanted to everything in ways to stop it.

I've order the Complete Bridal Special in January for my wedding that was suppose to be on the 16th December 2023 but have to postponed the wedding because the things I've order was never delivered. That was her last message. I call the waybill courier company but nothing was under my cellphone number. Since Tuesday her cellphone was off, I called and it goes straight to voicemail. On Saturday, 16 December 2023 she blocked me on Facebook when I started react angry emoji on some of the post. I'm writing this review to stop it, I'm not the only one who was **** by her and maybe not the first nor the last. So I wanted to everything in ways to stop it.

I Paid my order for brides****s dresses in September 2023,Sent my first follow up email on the 19th of October as I was expecting a waybill soon because I requested delivery "by" November .I First sent a WhatsApp and received an automatic response stating no follow ups will be done on WhatsApp and I should send an email, I then sent an email with no response. I then sent a message on the 20th of October requesting that she must please respond to my emails, she then responded and said that they have a problem with their email server and was I promised shipment 1st week in November (On writing). By the 23rd of October, I still did not have a waybill number and send a WhatsApp again, and she then responded that she has a power outage, for me it started feeling like every time I need to find out when I will receive my order she has a different reason as to why she cannot answer me on my request. On Friday the 27th of October I asked again for an update on my delivery and she did not respond. After trying to get a response from the supplier I shared my experience on Facebook that the company has not delivered yet as there were other ladies also questioning her company. Casey then suddenly phoned me threatening me with legal action for name and shame and then said she will rather refund me as she does not want to do business with me and she also posted on Facebook that she will refund me as she will not take any further "Verbal abuse" from me which is untrue. She then deleted all the comments (After I took screenshots) Up until now no refund was received and I had to resort to buying another 2 dresses from another company. On Friday the 24th of November I informed her that I have still not received my refund she then informed me that she has until the end of November to deliver my dresses. I had to urgently buy other dresses as she originally stated that she will rather refund me and I needed the dresses. She is now ignoring my messages, even after I told her that I will not accept the dresses because I have already bought dresses somewhere else. I would not advise to buy your dresses from this company, as a bride having allot on her shoulders this type of stress is not something a bride would like before her wedding. People are wondering why there are almost no reviews of her, it is because every time someone says something they get threatened with legal action.
