**** company ruined my credit score
I cancelled my free subscription but still got charged and i just checked right now on my credit report i am in collections, like how? can someone please help.

Rain LTE A BUNCH OF ****MERS!!!
I haven't been using this rain account for years now, based on the service being ****. I stopped using it and had an outstanding amount which i received numerous notifications asking me to settle. When i decided to check the notification it was stating that I owe R1,399.52 ***!!!!!!! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME HOOOOWW!!!!! LIKE ***!!!!! I've just logged in now and my outstanding balance is R1,399.52. Y'all are trying to swindle money off me, my ASS that is, piece of **** company. ***** this is, ****in FRAUUUUD!!!!
