Kitchen staff is absolutely slow yet restaurant is quite. Food arrives cold and soggy. Good is tasteless. Hake and Prawn combo was more steamed than grilled Chicken and Prawn Hotpot is horrible
Good morning I am writing this email with great disappointment as it has been 17 days and the fault was not identified. On the 27th of November 2023 the car was dropped of at Hyundai Mobeni on a flat bed tow truck. The feedback that was given is that the coil pack needs to be replaced. Upon waiting approval from the warranty department, the person whom was supposed to sign it off was off which led to another day wasted. Once the coil pack had arrived in Mobeni, it was replaced and apparently test driven by the staff. On the 5th of December 2023, the service manager advised that the car is ready and we were able to take it home. On the 6th of December, the car faulted in the same manner as of the 27th of November and was taken back to Hyundai Mobeni. Tests as well as process of eliminations are being conducted to date and the fault is yet to be determined. It has costed us a great deal financially during this time as well as put us in a very uncomfortable position as we had plans over the long weekend but needed to be cancelled. This is a Hyundai product and if Hyundai cannot find the problem, who will, bearing in mind that the mileage is under 22000km. I strongly believe that Hyundai needs to arrange for a vehicle for us during this period as it is the festive period and the reason for having a personal vehicle is to avoid public transport as well as Uber services. Note that if this is a manufacturer fault and is still under warranty, this vehicle should be replaced as there were parts removed and tested and probably in the future it can become problematic. I await your prompt response and solutions to our predicament.
