Sustainable Co and Sussco - **** warranties

Good day All, I bought a inverters with a 4 year warranty on the invoice and after a year of using it, the batteries started to give issues. The company did not want to honor the warranty due to their supplier no longer honouring the warranty. The company kept on giving **** promises of coming through to replace the batteries and lying about their commitment to attend to the issue. They don’t have a proper after sales service care for customers. Please note that they have this to two other people that was referred on. They have blocked customers that are reaching out to them for assistance with their battery. They are *****ulent and a dangerous company to deal with. They are only there to make a sale and nothing more. Also note that they ask for 80% deposit
