No compassion front of house staff

I dumped them once before because of lack of compassion when it comes to pets , the vets are professional but the front of house reception seriously need customer care training , she couldn’t find my surname on the system , couldn’t find my multiple pets names on the system , I explained I had a semi feral cat and I couldn’t gaurantee the time time slot they could fit me in and if I couldn’t catch the cat I must let them know an hour before the time .. are you f🤬🤬🤬in your head ?? How the f🤬🤬ck am I suppose to catch a feral cat on time and if I don’t catch her let you know an hour before the time I’m not going to make it ? Please take my entire data off your system including my 7 pets names which you couldn’t f 🤬🤬🤬ing find on the system after me coming there for 3 years .
