I ordered health product from them on the 28th of September 2025, the advert, a video on Facebook said 6 to 10 days FREE delivery. It arrived on the 18th November 2025, at a post office in the next town, not at my given address. I had to drive there to collect it and then had to pay a fee to collect it. The product, which I bought and paid immediately was R799 (Over R800 with bank charges) plus a further R99.12, making the total cost over R900. The product itself is nothing like what the video showed either, infact the same product is available on temu for way less than R100. I feel they are ****mers, because I never received what the video showed and demonstrated. Neither is there delivery efficient or free, I waited for almost 2 months (not the promised 6 to 10 day as advertised) and I had to pay further fees. Not satisfied at all and cant recommend this business as from my experience I think all there products are a ******* gaging by other reviews I have now seen, wish I had of checked the reviews before hand.
Hello, I ordered products from wellora on the 29th September 2025, I have emailed them twice since then. They don't respond. The tracking number does not work and I can't get any help with being able to track my goods. I feel it is very bad service, and are my goods even coming? No phone numbers to even contact them. Very unhappy and worried as it cost me R699. It's a lot of money to lose, I am a pensioner.
Hello, we need your help , we have a friend stuck at immigration, trying to come and visit. He has been held buy immigration officials, telling him that he has to pay R5000 for a Visa to gain entry. We Googled it and apparently you need a temporary permit which only costs R425. We don't know what to do. He is currently being held there
On the 12th December 2023 I had an inward payment from Australia which wasnt paid to my account. CAPITEC said it was 0aid on the 13th December 2023. It still has not been paid to date. It also has not been paid or sent back to the sender of the funds. I have asked where these funds are now. I received an email saying it will be resolved by the 29th December 2023. I received a phone call on the prior to the 29th of December and I explained the whole story to the consultant, I received another email with a reference number saying I can follow up on WhatsApp, I have done this and it just says in progress. I need answers as to where these funds are. This is not good enough. I have reported it to the ombudsman. Now I sit and wait.
Last Tues 12 December 2023 my account was blocked due to a misunderstanding with a std bank client, I went into CAPITEC on Tues with no results, I have emailed and made use of there WhatsApp number, I went into CAPITEC yesterday 20th December 2023 at Liberty Mall but today my account is open again, but my funds are still not available. I have not had access to my account for 9 days now. I have no food at home, I cant access any funds and I cant buy airtime to call them. And CAPITEC BANK, doesn't care. Nothing has been done. They were fast to block my account my account, but can't unblock it. I am disgusted by there service. 9 days with no money and no food. Friends helping.
