Wrong product and not giving my money back.
I ordered LeakShield sray from Wellora For R 699-00 Order Number #8475 11-11-2025. On the facebook advert they use big spray cans and you think it is big cans but I received 2 100Gram boxes of the wrong Product. I received Leak Repair Cream that you have to paint on with a brush. I let them know and they said they will fix it, ithen received a mail the package is on its way and the another mail telling me it is the correct product just different packaging. I then told them I want my money Back in December and they went quiet.

Wellora- *******.
Ordered 2 Buzz Kill mosquito lights. They are advertised as CHARGEABLE - one box arrived with a charger and a brush and the other with no charger and no brush. ….they have to be plugged in at all times for them to work and with out a cord they are useless. - no answer from the company after numerous emails …absolutely useless with no charger and brush to clean.

Worst company Wellora
My order was in on the 28 Oct 2025 paid immediate payment, delivery out according to them 31 Oct 2025- today 01 Dec 2025 after several mails still did not received the package at all. Mails sent do them several times to ask for the courier company- not answering any questions, this is the response every time "Your items have been shipped from our overseas warehouse, which can sometimes result in slightly longer delivery times due to international transit and customs processing. We completely understand how important it is to receive your order as soon as possible, and we want to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the shipment’s progress every step of the way." this was sent to me on 27 Nov 2025 This is the worst company i ever dealt with. Requested money back from them and also did not answer the mail.

I ordered health product from them on the 28th of September 2025, the advert, a video on Facebook said 6 to 10 days FREE delivery. It arrived on the 18th November 2025, at a post office in the next town, not at my given address. I had to drive there to collect it and then had to pay a fee to collect it. The product, which I bought and paid immediately was R799 (Over R800 with bank charges) plus a further R99.12, making the total cost over R900. The product itself is nothing like what the video showed either, infact the same product is available on temu for way less than R100. I feel they are ****mers, because I never received what the video showed and demonstrated. Neither is there delivery efficient or free, I waited for almost 2 months (not the promised 6 to 10 day as advertised) and I had to pay further fees. Not satisfied at all and cant recommend this business as from my experience I think all there products are a ******* gaging by other reviews I have now seen, wish I had of checked the reviews before hand.

They claim to be a South African company which is deceiving because their goods come from China. They claim goods will be delivered in 6-10 days with is also deceiving. Can this company not be reported? I've only looked now at all the bad reviews because I threatened to review them on Hellopeter. Waste of R700! The next company I order from I will first check on Hellopeter at the reviews!

Wellora - where is my product or my refund?
I purchased a product they were selling in August and to this day I have not received it. I've sent them countless emails. Always get the 'sorry for the inconvenience' reply but never any results. I've even requested a refund - keep your product, just refund me, to no avail.
