Mahindra Scorpio-N Loose steering international issue

I took my new Mahindra Scorpio-n bought in September, a 4x4 Z8, in on the 11 of October, my complaint was with a loose feeling steering. They booked a tech that took a drive with me, but didn't "feel" anything wrong, and stated that the car was a body on frame and should shake and feel loose. I asked them to check for tech bulletins or any similar issues reported, I asked Mahindra SA as well. No reports. As there are more Scorpio-n on the road now there is more information on the SA bulletins. 4 x Scorpio-N's have now reported the same issue, and one of them is getting the whole front steering rack replaced. This issue is reported widely in India where the cars have been on sale longer. My complaint is that no corrective action was made from my dealership or mahindra SA with no further investigation.
