They were super helpfull and friendly and they helped me secure my sale withing one day of contacting them. Johan Meiring and Jean Badenhorst are a dream team and I definitively reccomend using them for your next car buy.

Hello Peter , today I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, today 14-01-2025 I went to visit Mahindra Centurion branch. My reason for visit was for me to get my new Kuv 300 2025 model the one that I saw on their website and guess what the stuff there they will make sure that they don't attend you... I went up an down checking the car for 15 minutes an none of their sales members came to find out if I'm fine.. I think racial issue in that branch it the problem, those guys I'm sure if we had our black brothers an sister's they were gonna be assisting quickly. I'm very disappointed an guess what I went to VW and grap myself a nice Tiquaan 2024 model and I guess they should be happy for their useless stuff that only assist a certain race!!!!!!!

Hello Peter , today I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, today 14-01-2025 I went to visit Mahindra Centurion branch. I took my new Mahindra Scorpio-n bought in September, a 4x4 Z8, in on the 11 of October, my complaint was with a loose feeling steering. They booked a tech that took a drive with me, but didn't "feel" anything wrong, and stated that the car was a body on frame and should shake and feel loose. I asked them to check for tech bulletins or any similar issues reported, I asked Mahindra SA as well. No reports. As there are more Scorpio-n on the road now there is more information on the SA bulletins. 4 x Scorpio-N's have now reported the same issue, and one of them is getting the whole front steering rack replaced. This issue is reported widely in India where the cars have been on sale longer. My complaint is that no corrective action was made from my dealership or mahindra SA with no further investigation.

My 2021 S11 Pick up blown a engine for the second time in 3months! Its under warranty and they give ma a kuv 100 small car for 6weeks repair. Impossible to work with a car! Now I have the same issue again in 3months!! Vehicle broke down on 14Dec, it’s the 18th Dec now and I have no vehicle to work with! Centurion Mahindra has not phoned me back with any help on how we can solve this issue. I need a vehicle to work with!!

My 2021 S11 Pick up blown a engine for the second time in 3months! Its under warranty and they give ma a kuv 100 small car for 6weeks repair. Impossible to work with a car! Now I have the same issue again in 3months!! Vehicle broke down on 14Dec, it’s the 18th Dec now and I have no vehicle to work with! Centurion Mahindra has not phoned me back with any help on how we can solve this issue. I need a vehicle to work with!!

1. Vehicle purchased with commitment to fit tow bar, mud flaps and side steps (as advertised but was not fitted). 2. Arrangements were made to fit the aforementioned and for the sidesteps to be exchanged for a front parking distance control unit. 3. On the day of receiving the vehicle, I reported that the spare key’s one remote button was not functioning correctly. Arranged for keys to be returned when PDC, tow bar and mud flaps were to be fitted. 4. PDC, tow bar and mud flaps were fitted on 17, 18 and 19 July during which I did not have a vehicle. Upon receiving the vehicle on 19 July 2023 I was advised by Julia, the branch manager that she would advise as to Mahindra’s decision pertaining to the remote control (Whole lock unit to be replaced or only the remote). 5. 20 July – Mahindra had to send a technician to connect the rear parking distance control unit that was disconnected after installation of the tow bar. 6. 24 July 2023 I reported to Julia with a supporting video clip that the PDC unit that was fitted was not functioning properly (only detects obstacles when nose of the vehicle is almost against the obstacle – further that the PDC does not cover the front corners of the vehicle’s bumper as I requested and arranged with Pieter Maree). Feedback was to be provided by Julia. 7. Since 17 July I have not heard anything from Julia again despite numerous attempts to contact her regarding the remote control. 5.1 Since 26 July I have not heard from Julia regarding the PDC unit that is not functioning properly. 5.2 31 July 2023 message sent per WhatsApp to follow-up, no feedback. 5.3 1 August 2023 message sent per WhatsApp to follow-up, no feedback. 5.4 1 August 2023 attempted to call Julia on her mobile. No answer. 5.5 1 August left a message with Mahindra Centurion for Julia to call me. No reply. 5.6 2 August 10:43 left a message with Mahindra Centurion for Julia to call me. No reply. 5.7 2 August attempted to contact Julia on her mobile twice – no answer – message per WhatsApp that she was in a meeting. The above is pathetic to say the least. I was in the market to purchase an XUV300 for my son but decided against this. Additionally, I enquired with Julia in one of the messages for her to call me about the functioning of the vehicle’s headlights. The brights do not stay on, they switch off after a couple of seconds. The one beam is focused on the road right in front of the vehicle. Latest: Julia contacted me last week and we arranged for the vehicle to be collected this past Tuesday. It did not happen because the technician was allegedly sick. Arrangements were made for the vehicle to be collected today. It is now 10:00 and nobody collected the vehicle. Julia is ignoring my messages and calls. Mahindra SA is not picking up calls to its switchboard either. PATHETIC!

I bought my Mahindra KUV in 2020. That was an amazing experience, no problems whatsoever. In 2022 my car's radio screen went blank and during my 10 000km service this was reported and replaced in July/August 2022 by their third party supplier. The supplier couldn't find a radio that matched but eventually did. During my 20 000km service I reported that the radio closed and won't open. The radio should have a 1-year warranty on it, which means it is still replaceable after they replaced it in 2022. This has been over a month ago and I have been receiving the run around. First my service records can't be found and I got asked if I have always brought my vehicle to them, then they found it after searching again. Regardless of following-up weekly, calling and checking Mahindra does not get back to me. I left an email on their website - no response. Spoke to their Service Manager twice now, no feedback. All I receive is excuses and no customer service. I actually asked the Service Manager on Monday 6 March to call the owner of the supplier they use, and not the manager. I requested feedback by the end of the week, which is tomorrow but still nothing. This is the worst service I have ever experienced from a company. The third party supplier has personal information such as car VIN numbers, contact details etc. but cannot find my records and insists that it is the original radio in my car. Now we are also looking at POPIA what are they doing with my personal info if they cannot find a record of my car on their systems with the radio supplier. I expect better service than this from a company promoting themselves as a company that goes the extra mile. I am also still waiting on feedback on my air con pump that needs to be replaced, last feedback was it was ordered and I had to call and ask for information. This is the worst service I have experienced in a long time.

Terrible car especially on the vehicles life span, customer service and support is just as bad. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Good luck on the warranty claims as well. When something needs to be done, oh all of a sudden its either out of warranty, or claims get declined and when you ask for a reason, they cant tell you or make every excuse under the sun, and wont even give you a report, "they aren't allowed to". Staff are rude and unsupportive as well, when you do eventually get hold of them, you are told that they dont have to speak to you, will correspond via email, which we are still waiting for 3 weeks later. Also still waiting on an issue to be resolved from beginning December last year even after going through various supervisors. They say they will get back to you, but don't.
