Terrible car especially on the vehicles life span, customer service and support is just as bad. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Good luck on the warranty claims as well. When something needs to be done, oh all of a sudden its either out of warranty, or claims get declined and when you ask for a reason, they cant tell you or make every excuse under the sun, and wont even give you a report, "they aren't allowed to". Staff are rude and unsupportive as well, when you do eventually get hold of them, you are told that they dont have to speak to you, will correspond via email, which we are still waiting for 3 weeks later. Also still waiting on an issue to be resolved from beginning December last year even after going through various supervisors. They say they will get back to you, but don't.
Love bringing our vehicle here. After terrible experiences with other car service centres, I have come to know that these guys go out their way to ensure the customer is happy and sorted. Staff are friendly and very helpful as well. A big thing for me is communication, and they keep in touch at all times. Even their head office when I was stuck in a bind over Christmas, helped me with an urgent issue. I really would recommend them to anyone.
iF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS I WOULD, DONT EVER USE TELJOY. I HAD AN ACCOUNT A GOOD FEW YEARS BACK, THE UNIT WAS STOLEN, I SENT THROUGH AN AFFIDAVIT WHICH THEY REQUESTED, BUT THEY DECLINED IT AND HELD ME LIABLE FOR THE ACCOUNT AND WOULD NOT REPLACE THE UNIT EITHER. I LOST MY JOB AND WAS NOT ABLE TO COPE WITH PAYMENTS, OF WHICH I ALSO SENT PROOF, THEY THEN LISTED ME ON THE SOUTH AFRICAN FRAUD PREVENTION SERVICE AND NOT ITC, NO FRAUD WAS COMMITTED IN THE FIRST PLACE, THIS HAS CAUSED HUGE PROBLEMS FOR ME IN GETTING JOBS OR EVEN A BANK ACCOUNT. I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO GET A COPY OF MY CONTRACT TO NO AVAIL EITHER, AFTER GOING THROUGH THE CREDIT OMBUDSMAN AS WELL AS SAFPS, WHO CAN DO NOTHING BECAUSE TELJOY THINKS IT'S AMAZING TO RUIN A PERSON'S LIFE BY REFUSING TO DELIST ME FOR A NON EXISTENT FRAUD.
Worst experience ever, they never have a straight answer and keep you waiting. Some of the staff are rude. Send you quotes completely different from what you asked for.
