Extremely disappointing experience. our order was delivered late, communication throughout the process was poor, and the final product did not match the artwork that was signed off and approved. When we raised our concerns, we were told that because the order had been delivered, the matter was “complete.” The owner was contacted but was very dismissive of both the situation and our client. They refused to take responsibility, relying only on a photo that was sent the day before shipping. This photo was questioned at the time, and we received no response. In their own T&Cs, they state that any changes during production will be communicated for approval — this did not happen. When this was pointed out to the owner, it was ignored. This raises a serious concern: what is the point of approving & signing off artwork if those approvals are not honoured? the client does not want the product, we requested a refund and received a VN from the owner saying if we requesting a refund its means the product is good enough..how does that make sense. Customer service was extremely disappointing: • No accountability • No effort to resolve the issue • No meaningful after-sales support After 20 years in business, this is possibly the worst corporate gifting supplier we have dealt with. We would not recommend Giftware Trading or any of their related brands (Giftwrap, Just Brand, GiftWrap Shop, Supply Shop, Supply Africa, Promofessionls). Despite providing clear proof, the owner has remained dismissive. We strongly advise businesses that value reliability, professionalism, and quality control to stay away.

Buying from Gift Wrap Trading has turned into a complete nightmare. I visited the store to view a sample, which I then shared with the end user for approval. After receiving confirmation, I proceeded with the purchase. However, once the items were delivered to the end user, the quality was completely different from the approved sample. Since then, I have been taken from pillar to post by Gift Wrap management. On 22/01/26, I waited for over two hours to see a manager, only to be told he was in a meeting. When he eventually arrived, he assured me that the correct items would be delivered the same day. To date, I have received no positive feedback, which is why I am back again today. I was later informed that medical items cannot be exchanged due to company policy, despite the fact that the incorrect items were delivered. I raised this issue on 16 January and returned the incorrect goods on 19 January. Today is the 23rd, and there has been no resolution or progress. Gift Wrap has failed to take accountability for this matter. I am forced to constantly follow up and explain my situation to different staff members each time. As a result, I have also suffered financial losses due to courier costs transporting the incorrect items between Limpopo and Gauteng. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing, and Gift Wrap has failed me as a customer.

Making a purchase here has turned into a very frustrating experience. I was supp**** with incorrect items, and when I attempted to arrange an exchange, I received no meaningful assistance. I am not kept updated and have to constantly follow up, only to be told someone is unavailable or to repeat the issue to a different person each time. It has now been a full week with no positive progress. I decided to visit their brunch. Been waiting for an hour with no assistance. Someone came and said they I can't exchange or return. I still argue that if they gave me what they showed me the day I came to check the sample. I was going to take it.

These people could not get anything right. Not the colour not the quantity and finally the end product only had 2 of the 3 images ordered and paid for in full, actually printed. They refused to deliver before final payment was made so it was not possible to pick up the mistake until they had taken all their money with no further recourse possible for us. Sharlene was uncommunicative, drew the process out as much as possible by getting the order wrong all the time, making it impossible to sign off for printing and downright rude when pressured to at least give a timeframe to delivery. Don’t do bussiness with this company if you want professionalism.
