Extremely disappointing experience. our order was delivered late, communication throughout the process was poor, and the final product did not match the artwork that was signed off and approved. When we raised our concerns, we were told that because the order had been delivered, the matter was “complete.” The owner was contacted but was very dismissive of both the situation and our client. They refused to take responsibility, relying only on a photo that was sent the day before shipping. This photo was questioned at the time, and we received no response. In their own T&Cs, they state that any changes during production will be communicated for approval — this did not happen. When this was pointed out to the owner, it was ignored. This raises a serious concern: what is the point of approving & signing off artwork if those approvals are not honoured? the client does not want the product, we requested a refund and received a VN from the owner saying if we requesting a refund its means the product is good enough..how does that make sense. Customer service was extremely disappointing: • No accountability • No effort to resolve the issue • No meaningful after-sales support After 20 years in business, this is possibly the worst corporate gifting supplier we have dealt with. We would not recommend Giftware Trading or any of their related brands (Giftwrap, Just Brand, GiftWrap Shop, Supply Shop, Supply Africa, Promofessionls). Despite providing clear proof, the owner has remained dismissive. We strongly advise businesses that value reliability, professionalism, and quality control to stay away.

As a business owner I thought I would give linkedin a try with recruitment - what an absolute nightmare!! I selected a Total spend option instead of a daily option to which they completely ignored an within an hour they had billed me for double of what I had selected for a total spend - the kicker is there is not 1 applicant that is actually qualified for the position - so I paid for absolutely nothing. I have tried to contact admin and their accounts to get feedback on why this happened as I had selected a total limit which they billed double off - no one is responding and from other complaints this seems to be standard practice - my only advise is stay away from anything where linkedin requests your billing details - its a con job with useless applicants - the biggest waste of money I have ever spent - and they are just ignoring my requests for an explanation.
What a **** bunch of people to work with – paid R10k for a delivery only for their team not to note the dimensions and to send a small van instead of a truck – now I’m being told I must pay another 25k to get it there in time and they will not refund. U have 100% lost all our business! How on earth do you hold clients liable for your teams inability to read dimensions and weight? You certainly know how to read them when it comes to billing!!. Your what’s app teams are rude and un helpful
A terrible management company!! employees that lie and when get caught out slam the phone down. They do not in any way have the owners best interest at heart and only seem to think their services apply to the trustee's. Poor maintenance, poor communication and they just help themselves to the use of private property. They just INSTRUCTED us via email (about 15 hours before doing it after working hours) that they were going to be using our parking for maintenance for the next 3/4 months for the 4th time now, despite attorneys informing them they cannot do so without our consent - they just ignored it and are hoping we will just stop complaining and the problem will go away. our tenant pays for parking and they do not even bother to send a request of the use of the parking - Suhail just seems to lie to get himself out of not following procedures and when confronted slams the phone down on you and Samantha his manager just responds to what she wants to and ignores the rest. its disgusting how they operate - their maintenance is shocking, their people skills are even more appalling as a property owner I would stay clear of this company, specially if you do not reside in Cape Town - they seem to use that to their advantage and do what ever they like.

What a terrible property management group! Employee's slam phones down on you if they are caught out in a lie. They just do what ever they want without any procedures being followed - they just decided to use our parking without permission - we received a email the evening before they intended to use it not asking but instructing us they were going to be using I for the next 3 months - no offer for an alternative, no offer to pay for the parking - actually nothing - when confronted we are just ignored - this is the third time they have done this despite being told by attorneys they cannot do so - they are useless and manage poorly with very poor communication skills. no consideration for our contracts with our tenants and their rights. there seems to be a lack of understanding on how ownership on parkings actually work - SCARY Suhail Desai and his manager Samantha Thwaites have no guilt to do what ever they want on other people property without permission and then just don't bother to resolve / respond issues.
Ensure you vet candidates supp**** by this agency. we go ********** and dumped with an employee that after 3 weeks we advised them she was not equipped for the position and needed a new candidate ( she did not even know how to use basic Microsoft. Every candidate put forward after was not what was briefed in. in short you will be led on for 2/3months with CV's that don't fit the position ( spread out over weeks) its a way for them not to have to find another candidate and to get away with it. the employee finally admitted she actually did not have the experience that we were told by the agency she had.
We hired a 4 ton truck from Spartan over a 14 day period for 4500km in December. After 2626km the truck broke down, whilst they did assist in getting the truck to a mechanic they said they were not liable to send a replacement truck and wanted to charge us an additional deposit on another truck. When pushed on why the deposit was so high the response was to cover costs of the driver, and the new truck. We of course refused after reviewing complaints from others about how they never see their deposits refunded. On hiring we were told Spartan was a national company and should there be any problems they would be equipped to assist which we found out they are in fact not national as a replacement truck had to be driven from Durban because they do not have a branch in the Eastern Cape. Our crew were left without a truck and our stock in the back of their truck, Spartan's operations manager could not give us any indication on when the truck would be fixed and said they would not be liable for any of the costs of our crew as it states in their contract, but could not provide a date when it would be fixed. We were given no other choice but to hire another vehicle, which we managed to get from Imperial ( what an incredible company and experience, so helpful, staff were so polite and their vehicle was in impeccable condition). When our crew arrived at the workshop to offload the stock from the Spartan truck they were told the truck was fixed - we contacted Spartan and they had no idea and said it was in fact not - we eventually contacted the mechanic who confirmed it was ready for release but he had not been paid and the truck would not be released until he had. When contacting Spartan they denied this and said that was not the case. We had to proceed to use the other hired vehicle, this cost was all of course for our bill despite the truck actually being fixed. Our crew finished their job and needed to head back to Durban, still after 4 days the payment was not released and Spartan's operational manager could not advise when it would be. We gave them a deadline on when we needed to be informed as we needed to hire yet another vehicle to get our crew back to Durban. We received a Whatsapp the following morning after our deadline, being told we could collect, our crew were already on route home. Spartan's breakdown manager proceeded to inform us that the cause of the breakdown was due to terrible driving on our drivers part and that he had never seen anything like it (we knew they would try this thanks to all the other complaints so we ensured we had all the reports and photos of the parts and cause of damages). In short the breakdown was due to a lack of maintenance on the truck. When we spoke to the operations manager about this and asked why they would hire a truck out knowing it had not been maintained, the response from him was that he did not know how long we were hiring the truck for as it was an online booking. SHOCKING to say the least. They not only cost us money but also put our drivers safety at risk KNOWINGLY. Something we will be looking into legally. They owe us our deposit and refund on the KM not done as they could not get a replacement and were in fact in breach. Just a continuation of the terrible bad attitude and service, they are wanting to withhold and not refund as the truck was left in PE ( all by their doing for firstly not maintaining the truck and then not paying the supplier). We can only presume that the additional deposit on the second truck would have been allocated to pay the bills for the repair. We requested the invoice and were told they would be open on the 3rd and we would receive it then - no surprise the 3rd comes and now they only open on the 10th, strange for a NATIONAL company.
No contact number, no one responds to emails ever!! literally the worst company to deal with.
