My monthly payment failed because my Debit card had expired without me realising. I paid online using a new card and it’s been 4 days now and the payment still has not shown up in my account and I can’t make calls on My Superflex unlimited calls plan. Not good for and not impressed.
My daughter and her husband and child flew from Jhb to Perth on 15 January 2026. They had to leave their water behind at security and then bought more on the other side. However, when it came to boarding the plane, they were told they had to leave their bought water behind. It then was 2 hours before they had ad drinks service and the cabin was really hot. Travelling with a 3yr old, this was far from ideal. My son-in-law twice ordered a drink during the flight, both of which failed to appear. The airline also ran out of food. Generally a very poor show.
Since changing from Vodacom to MTN I’ve had nothing but problems. Cannot speak to a human and their automated “help” is no help at all. Sorry I ever changed.
Tried numerous times to get a link via email to reset my password. No response. Phoned the 0860 help number Answers and then nothing. Zero help
I cannot get Pick n Pay to understand how stupid it is that they will deliver to number 70 but not 5 houses away at number 80. Very frustrating. For a big company they’re not very smart.
I live at an address that is number 80. Pick n Pay on the app will deliver to number 70 but not to number 80 as it is outside their zone. 5 houses up the road!! I have sent emails to them to no avail. How stupid can they be? I cannot get any of their specials.
