need help in getting my refund

I bought 2 tickects at pick n pay kiosk for Eldo buses on the 20th of June 2023 they were supposed to travel at night that day , to our suprise when we got there we were told that Eldo buses are no longer in service so i asked why the stores were still selling their tickets, or why they didn't schedule us to another bus we didnt get a clear answer, we went back home the next day went to pick n pay for refund,they told me to contact Eldo but their numbers does not exist call back call center they busy taking my number promise to call back till today i'm still stuck ewith those tickets.my niece wassick i was trying to get her home then she passed on the following week. can someone help me to get my refund from Eldo or company that took over from them. from a very upset customer phumzile yawo tembisa phumzile.yawo1@gmail.com
