Worst customer service, not able to contact anyone when things go wrong (and they 100% WILL go wrong with this company), incorrect delivery addresses, damaged packages, ****** items. Trying to talk to, or get help from their staff is impossible and they will fob you off with a rude and don't-care answer and then ignore you. I wish companies would STOP using this company for corporate accounts. They are the worst courier I have ever dealt with and that goes for all branches and head office. From Jhb, to Nelspruit, to George, to Centurion, they are all equally horrid.
<div>No communication between office/sales and the actual movers. I did specify and reconfirm each thing - stairs, access, drop off points, roads, addresses and inventory and yet the movers knew nothing, the trailer was too small and the move was a mess. A big part of it had to go in my car. **** was rude, **********ic and would not let me a finish a sentence. Complained the entire time, shouted at me, shushed me and would not listen to a word I said. As a single woman alone I felt unhappy and attacked by his manner and aggressive way he used. Do not use them, they are not worth the frustration on the day. Their prices are pretty standard so rather choose a company that have heard of customer service and good client treatment.</div>
