I'm so disappointed, i submitted a claim for accidental death and they told me that they want the blood results, i told them that the detective said the blood results could be found within a 6 months or even a year, so now when I submitted the blood results they told me that the claim is closed, why and how? I think it's a **** cause i don't understand this.
I submitted a claim andit was covered for 9 months and the person died accidentally , so they told me that the claim is under investigation, it's been 2 years now and I'm still waiting.
Good day, my name is Jannie Tarentaal, i submitted a claim on October 2022 and i was told to bring the blood results, the detectives told me that the blood results could be found within 6 months or even a year, i called them and told them that but now when i submitted the blood results the underwriter sent sent me an email said the claim has been closed. How can it be closed when i told them that the blood results will take so long for me to find.
