I am so disappointed in letsatsi , i submitted a claim and the policy was covered for 9 months, and then when I submitted the claim they told me that the claim is under investigation and it's been 2 years now and I'm still waiting.

I do not and have never ever ever had a funeral policy wiith Letsatsi Finance yet I get non-stop sms's due to a person who used to work for my company to pay a funeral policy. The receptionist at Letsatsi was extremely rude after I eventually got hold of the company on 011 802 4073. The number provided on the sms is just not answered

Can you please provide me with a settlement amount of the outstanding loan amount. I have been trying to call since last week and I am kept on hold and end up running out of airtime with no assistance.

I fully paid this account on April I did an early settlement however in my suprise they did not update my account on compuscan,vericredit and experian kindly assist me in this regard as on my credit report is showing that I still owe this company.

I phoned in to request settlement of R12000 loan I made on the 22 February 2022 settlement is R 11863.31 while instalment of R1765.58 went off on 18 Mach 2022, why is the settlement is 11863.32 is your settlement charged with interest. Every financial house quote settlement on capital amount without interest this amount can't be a settlement value and the loan is less than a month old Please correct this

Had a loan with them and it was settled months ago but there's still a debit order running off my account. They also have not updated on my itchy and it's affecting my ability to apply for other financial services.

In the begging all goes smooth great agent on phone calls to get you to take one of their policy's, ones your a policy holder (policy number is FNR158984) you get a very shocking experience. Its been a month and a half FNB has been trying to contact Letsatsi to update my banking details no one from Letsatsi has replied to any of the FNB emails, I then called the agent who has assisted me initially a very nice and humble agent who even reverted back to me that he has given my banking details to be amended, only to my surprise early this morning banking details have not been amended and my Capitec bank account has been debited i phone i am given a new number from every number i get called head office spoke to a very rude receptionist who did not listen to my request just transferred me to loans department while i requested finance department to amend my banking details and my contact number to 0691810291 i will not recommend this insurance company to anyone honestly. such a struggle to amend banking details what more when a foamily member passes on means they will never pay out if they take this long to respond to one simple email.
