Hi, I’ve been trying to sort out the MoneyMarket Account which when i try to register the system says my ID already exists and when they check its linked to a number I don’t know and have never used. I tried signing up because I wanted to use the voucher linked to my number and now I can’t and Checkers cannot help me. I have sent tons of emails and chats with no assistance. Even sent the details they requested to verify that I’m the owner of that ID number with no resolution and now they are asking me to register but I’ve been telling them that I can’t proceed because I can’t even reset my PIN on the app. They are saying my ID number is linked to a 065***2024 which I don’t know and I’ve never opened a MoneyMarket Account. I would like this resolved or reverse the Voucher amount on the account back or reset or delete that account I don’t know so I sign up with my information.
ON THE 25th of August I ordered 37 items which were in stock, however you guys had issues with your systems - I’m saying that because I called and I ended up leaving a VN because I was on a call for more than 10 minutes waiting to be assisted and one of the consultants called and said it takes 28 hours for the refund to clear and I asked why because I requested immediate refund on your app which was supposed to be refunded same day that was R1047.46 which is not on my account and shows it went off to PnP and PNP HAS TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO REFUND ME BECAUSE ITS YOUR APP AND YOU DEDUCTED THE AMOUNT - however a lady by the name of Nicole Egeonu who responded said all the 37 items I had ordered were out of stock that’s why they took my money and no items were delivered and now she’s telling me to contact my bank. How? Why? I bought on the PnP asap app and PnP charged me. Another transaction on the 26th of August same items I had order the previous day which were R1081.74 and PnP deducted R1280.46 on my other account and it says on the app the DIFFERENCE WILL BE RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT BY PICK N PAY not me running around like a headless chicken looking for answers and my money back. Tomorrow it’s the 28th and it will be more than 24 hours after the first unsuccessful purchase that you say ALL THE 37 ITEMS WERE OUT OF STOCK which IS NOT TRUE. Screenshots attached again for you to do as requested. I need my money back. Thank you. I really don’t wanna go to social media for this but this lady Nicole Egeonu annoyed me by her response which showed no sympathy whatsoever and she **** because you can resolve it by yourself as I will not go to 2 banks because PNP decided to **** their customers. Since you rolled out the new app it’s been problems after problems. You can do better.
I have been paying for the insurance for a year or two now and when I joined I explained to the consultant what I needed it for and we were on the same page. Today I took the car to the dealership for the repairs that the policy covers and at first I was told that the policy is on-hold and secondly they don't cover the issues that I covered the vehicle for. The consultant from the dealership called me and I had to call Innovation Group and the consultant activated the policy and transferred me to the claims department and when I spoke to the consultant from that department he told me that it's not in his department and said he will transfer me and when I was waiting for him to transfer me. He dropped the call. I, then called and while I was speaking with the consultant who picked up. I ran out of airtime. Now I have to pay r1600 for diagnostics since they are saying they won't pay for the repairs plus the parts that needs to be replaced in order to fix the issue. The whole claim is around R7k which I don't have and I paid for the insurance because I knew in future I will experience such.

I just saw a few transactions went off my account unauthorized and I have reported it but I’m told to call another number instead of them investigating and refunding me.
Stop selling us lies. I bought items which were to be delivered by the next day and they were not. I was then told by their representative that my order is scheduled for a specific date and they cannot speed up the delivery, however when you are buying you select the fastest delivery option which says delivered by tomorrow! And he told me if the order is not delivered yesterday they will refund me but it’s not about refunds and all but by fastest delivery and now I can’t even change address because I won’t be where I expected the order to be delivered to and changing delivery date will mean I won’t get the items ordered as soon as I needed them.
I have been back and forth with consultants trying to resolve the issue I have for over a month now. Last month they disconnected my services and raised it but none worked. I, then signed up paid separately and it ended while waiting for the matter to be resolved. Yesterday when I saw that it was disconnected again I raised it until I experienced the issue where they do not recognize even my login credentials. The agents are not helping and last month I was told the issue was escalated but still nothing.

Please send me my balance sheet because I do not understand why there's a debt whereas I paid via EFT and we have been going back and forth about this and I had thought it was sorted but no whenever I inquire I am told about a debt. I need a balance sheet from the beginning of the policy until today. Update the balance sheet accordingly and we move forward as I don't owe no premium. When I miss a premium I pay via EFT or you double debit the following month.
