I am very disappointed with Pick n pay I made an online order this afternoon @pick n pay Killarney and I received expired food I'm never ever using pick n pay online again I just want my refund GROC292996063
21.10. 2025 I went to open an fnb easy account,the consultant who was helping me made a hard credit enquiry on my credit profile without my consent the manager promised me that they will remove this enquiry which it never happened when I dispute it they are untruthful and said I opened a cheque's account when I do not have a cheque's account from FNB only an easy account
I was overcharged by Bolt yesterday now they are refusing to give me my rightful refund

The Manager by the name of Promise at Shoprite Jewel City is an asset to the company She has very good skills in customer service she is the reason I will not be placing a complaint as she handled everything professionally

I ordered online 4hours ago ive never received my order debonairs braamfontein i phoned 4times to enquire about my order they kept on saying the driver is on the way for 4hours
People be very very careful of this bus is a disaster. Firstly it was late for 2hours from Cape Town to Johannersburg now it is stuck in bloemfontein for another 2hrs still counting becouse of petrol/diesel managenent is refusing to give drivers money for petrol very bad service
Very bad experience lately just poor service delivery. I usually pay R172.00 for heated water monthly now all of tthe sudden the price has went from 172 to R650 last month i reported this matter by sending email,phoning the office and even as far as going to the office the matter is still unsolved surely there is someting wrong with heating pipes or someone is not doing their job or even someone elses bill is added to mine i talked to the people at the office the inly thing i was told is to continue to pay the normal rental i have been paying but nithing is done about the bill that keeps on going up every month even thoug there are days without water or even hot water i had been staying here since 2023 this is all new this matter needs to be investigated or else i will be vacating this apartment
