I sent a request to cancel their policy on the 5th of June. Lo and behold at the end of June and July they deducted the premium twice. Today I got a refund but it definitely does not even inch on the 4 payments they took from me after cancelling. I'm definitely cancelling everything else I have with them. 🙄
My medical aid is administered by Discovery (LA Health) and I joined Vitality in December. I received an email yesterday 28th March that my Vitality membership was cancelled on 28/02/2025. I have no idea why because I didn't receive any communication prior and obviously I used the benefits it offered to join the gym etc. This is incredibly unprofessional and an absolute inconvenience!!! I need this sorted out ASAP
I app**** for the two pot on the 6th of September and the SMS update showed that it was in the payment date with a turnaround time of 5 working days. I called SARS to confirm when the tax application was made and confirmed it was confirmed on the 9th. So honestly I don't know anymore what is the holdup and the call centre agents are completely clueless. This is really unprofessional.
They let you pay first then verify your stuff. Then the turnaround time for a refund is forever and a day. So annoying. Wouldn't recommend
I've been having network issues for more than a week and nobody ever gets back to you. And I'm battling to cancel, the cancellation button is non responsive, how convenient. I'm forced to use other ISPs because wow
What a weird experience. I called Bayport and requested that they stop deducting money from my payroll and switch to debit order and I spoke to a lady called Cleopatra Mabaso. Who's completely clueless apparently. She advise that my request cannot be done because I'm under debt review. I requested proof that I'm under debt review and she sent me a date range which I'm fine with, however they were still deducting from my account during that period anyway. The crux of the matter is that I apparently can't switch to debit order because of the "contract" that I have with them. I asked for a signed copy which was not produced. I feel that my rights as a customer are being violated because the consultant who assisted me when taking this loan said I could switch to debit order at any time. They treat government workers badly and forcefully deduct from payroll even when we don't want to. I would recommend any government employee to stay very far away from these ********s.
I've been having the best experience for the past few months thanks to Isaac Letsoalo. He responds promptly to emails and always goes the extra mile. Highly appreciate the help.
I have been greatly inconvenienced by these people. They debited me even though my debt is paid up and they're delaying to give me my refund.
I've already paid them up but to my surprise they deducted money from payroll. Guys please get your act together and I want my money yerr
It's impossible to get hold of them and I'm trying to make a payment arrangement
