no correct order
Bought on the triple at Evaton mall and crushed chilly. First thing 2 same flavors where put on the order and I was not given my crushed chill with my order I just wonder why this happen

company not keeping promise
I'm very angry with you. I greed to your contract it was six hundered and something on a price lock just added showmax now I have it was six hundered something from then. Last month payed seven something today got message that its eight seventy four. what does price lock means why am I paying inconsistent amount now Please fix this

I have been supporting Nando's Southgate first time they gave us dry meat and next day when we went to buy I told the that the meat is was dry yesterday, they put sauce as we instructed them that we need extra sauce. Yesterday we bought 4 quarter chicken and chips and instructed them it should be extra sauce. No sure how your shop operate but I'm not happy at all as this is not the first time

discrepancy on settlement
I phoned in to request settlement of R12000 loan I made on the 22 February 2022 settlement is R 11863.31 while instalment of R1765.58 went off on 18 Mach 2022, why is the settlement is 11863.32 is your settlement charged with interest. Every financial house quote settlement on capital amount without interest this amount can't be a settlement value and the loan is less than a month old Please correct this

IDM group (Debtbusters) you did enquiry on my ITC as some company phoned me in regards to loan. I told them I might be interested on business loan and transferred me to your company and you did enquiry on my ITC I just need a letter from you confirming that I'm not under debt review and I don't have any product with you. I have been phoning your company but I'm not getting any assistance which I'm not happy about, I'm using my time and money to get this letter.

I have checked my ITC and I see that I have 2 profiles with you why is that, I only took contract for price fix. I'm tired of multichoice as I don't know what is happening. Please fix this

incorrect premium
please clarify debit order that went of my account 504.96, I phoned you and asked why debit order is 504.94 as its specified on the SMS as price lock with compact plus, access and over view is suppose to be 6 something . The person I spoke to he assure me that everything on my service is in order and they wont be interrupted and asked again and again debit should go as per arranged of 6 hundred and something and he said 6 something is debited and next payment is February. When I check 504.94 is debited, I have spent lot of money on a call which still I don't understand why I was given incorrect information. Don't interrupt my services as I have tried to sort this out and I please don't tell me that I owe anything which might be taken on the next debit order the money I used to phoned you should equals to the over all premium I'm very disappointed
