I am writing to seek assistance regarding an Australian Open tennis cashback promotion offered by Sportingbet. I participated in the promotion and, according to the promotion tracker on my account, I qualified for R1,785 in cashback. I also have screenshots reflecting this amount. The promotion indicated that the cashback would be credited at midnight, however the funds were not added to my account as expected. I contacted Sportingbet support and was advised that the matter is currently being investigated. While I appreciate that checks may be required, the qualification appears to be clear and verifiable, and I was hoping for a quicker resolution. As a long-standing VIP client, I have always valued Sportingbet’s service and reliability, which is why I am confident this issue can be resolved promptly. I planned my betting activity around the cashback being credited as communicated in the promotion. I kindly request Sportingbet’s assistance in reviewing this matter and crediting the cashback at their earliest convenience. I look forward to a positive outcome and will gladly update this review once the issue has been resolved.
I received a 5 year aniversary email from Sportingbet on 21 October 2025 congratulating me on being 5years with the site. I thought there would be a reward for this as i have spend huge amounts over the years. Im definitely a loyal client of them. Most sites will offer you a free bonus for such a achievement. They have a loyalty reward program but its very disappointing to receive an email for 5 years support and it just says congrats without any reward. I love using sportingbet but recently over the last year i havent receive any free bet promo and for this occasion surely it would have been justified. Even upon request it was rejected,but they are the ones who sent me the 5 years congrats email. Why send me that email just to say congrats. No reward for that, very disappointing. J Dippenaar
After i took 4 payday loans from the Creditworth online payday loan service, all 4 ive paid off. started first with 1000 loan and then they increased my last two loans to 2000. after my last repayment they just refuse to offer me a new loan. No loyalty to returning clients and can shut you off when ever they feel like it

I made two purchases ath checkers when my standardbank account balance showed enough funds available. When the transactions reflected on my account two days later my balance showed -R0.56. then I'm charged a honouring fee of R100 because my account went in a negative of R0.56 by the time these transaction reflected on my account and because of the honouring of R100 that went of I had another small transaction that reflected in this time also now charged R30 mourning fee. So basically I'm charged R130 by standard Bank because my account went into negative R0.56. I've never experienced anything like this at any bank before. I don't have overdraft facility and always if I don't have enough funds available a transaction would decline. How can I be charged R100 for a transaction that was processed successfully while I had the funds available but by the time it reflects in my account it shows that after the transaction the available funds was -R0.56 and therefore they justify a R100 fee. That is ***** and steeling customers money. I am closing my standardbank account if this is not resolved today. Banked with standardbank on a mymo account which is suppose to be a account with low fees but I end up paying R100 for a negative R0.56 balance after a successful transaction was processed with available funds. Absolutely unacceptable.
