Sportingbet South Africa
Based on recent customer reviews, Sportingbet South Africa is drawing predominantly negative sentiment, with customers consistently raising concerns about delayed or unpaid withdrawals, unresolved deposit voucher issues, and frustrating verification processes. A recurring theme is poor communication from support agents and lengthy escalations without resolution. Players also question the fairness of promotions, casino slots, and Aviator gameplay. NOT A GOOD CASINO. You get free spins on a higher bet but you win nothing. That free spins is for the eye blind. Would not recommend this casino. Lost a lot of money. There are better casinos. My overall experience... Bad, bad, bad. Rather try your luck somewhere else. I have seen better casinos.

Your instant fund release is a game changer! My favorite betting site but made me move to other sites like betway and sportybet because of this feature. Now that you guys finally have it, I can move back to my favorite site!

I would appreciate it if this query is properly respected and read in full, as it seems previous responses only address parts of the issue and ignore the core concern. I am raising a serious and ongoing problem regarding cash-out availability on basketball money line markets. On my recent bet (Bet ID: 20GS28L7YP), I placed a 3-leg bet where the first two legs were already settled as wins. The final leg was a full-time money line selection on TnT Tropang. During the match, early in the 3rd quarter, my selection was leading 64–54. At that stage, I was clearly in a strong winning position and would reasonably have had the opportunity to cash out a significant portion of my winnings. However, there was no cash-out option available at all. This is where the real issue lies: This is not a once-off situation. I have identified that basketball money line markets (both halftime and full-time) consistently do not offer cash-out during live play — even while: The match is live The market remains open Odds are actively changing and being offered to new bettors This means Sportingbet allows new bets on the same market but blocks existing customers from managing their positions through cash-out. That is fundamentally unfair. The money line is the primary and most widely used market in basketball betting. Blocking cash-out completely on this market — not intermittently, but entirely — raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency. Generic responses referring to “cash-out not being guaranteed” are not acceptable in this case, because this is clearly not a temporary suspension or odds-related limitation. This is a permanent and consistent restriction on a major betting market. I reported a very similar issue two weeks ago and even provided evidence of this problem, yet nothing has been done since. The issue still persists, which indicates that it is not being taken seriously. As a bettor, I rely heavily on cash-out functionality, especially when my selections are in a leading position. In this case, I was denied the opportunity to cash out while leading 64–54, after my other two legs had already won. Because of how my previous complaint was handled, I was hesitant to raise this again, as I feel labelled when submitting legitimate concerns. However, not raising this would mean I am not valuing my own money. To put it bluntly: this is not fair practice. Sportingbet actively promotes cash-out as a key feature, yet one of the most important live betting markets in basketball does not have this functionality at all. This is a serious, ongoing issue that directly impacts betting decisions, risk management, and customer trust. I expect a proper explanation and resolution, not a generic terms and conditions response.

I am still waiting for my nstant payment on my withdrawal made 4 days ago. When I try to get the answer they are telling me the bank has your money and the bank is telling me the money is never received. Now when I call back for answers they are telling me they are investigating and this is take 1-2 working days. I am not happy with their service. They're very poor in communication.

The Valentine promotion on slots. So there are 4 levels to reach in this promotion, each one you receive a reward. The 1st two I got, the 3rd one you have to wager R2500, I did the R2500, before you enter a level you can see how much you need to wage, I had a R28 to wager and I wagered a bit more than that. Afterwards I go to collect my prize. I clicked on it and it say. Unlucky you not currently eligible for this promotion. My level 3 that I completed is closed now and I can't enter. Next level 4 opens. I sent them a mail with screenshot saying I can't collect the prize. Okay they say they'll investigate, 6 days later the tell me I did not finish the wager on level 3 and the promotion. The promotion is all finished I can't access it and like I said the level to enter closes when you reach you wager, I know these ****ers are telling lies like they always do. 6 days to tell me I did not finish the wager, the person who answered the call and sent me emails could've told me that, that's the 1st thing you going to investigate, but 6 days **** off. This is a problem on there system but I know I finished the wager. I sent screen shots of everything, you could've think of something better, they ****med me out of that R2500 on that ****ty games and my time. They don't want to admit something on there side is wrong and they ****ed up, the customer service is so bull****, this ****er Kelly working on my damn nerves, they just ****en dumb, they must be held accountable and their stupid investigation with bs answer makes it worse. Stay away from this casino, they don't give a **** about there clients/ customers, seriously very poor. I'll spend my money elsewhere
