The Valentine promotion on slots. So there are 4 levels to reach in this promotion, each one you receive a reward. The 1st two I got, the 3rd one you have to wager R2500, I did the R2500, before you enter a level you can see how much you need to wage, I had a R28 to wager and I wagered a bit more than that. Afterwards I go to collect my prize. I clicked on it and it say. Unlucky you not currently eligible for this promotion. My level 3 that I completed is closed now and I can't enter. Next level 4 opens. I sent them a mail with screenshot saying I can't collect the prize. Okay they say they'll investigate, 6 days later the tell me I did not finish the wager on level 3 and the promotion. The promotion is all finished I can't access it and like I said the level to enter closes when you reach you wager, I know these ****ers are telling lies like they always do. 6 days to tell me I did not finish the wager, the person who answered the call and sent me emails could've told me that, that's the 1st thing you going to investigate, but 6 days **** off. This is a problem on there system but I know I finished the wager. I sent screen shots of everything, you could've think of something better, they ****med me out of that R2500 on that ****ty games and my time. They don't want to admit something on there side is wrong and they ****ed up, the customer service is so bull****, this ****er Kelly working on my damn nerves, they just ****en dumb, they must be held accountable and their stupid investigation with bs answer makes it worse. Stay away from this casino, they don't give a **** about there clients/ customers, seriously very poor. I'll spend my money elsewhere
I'm having a ****ty experience with these guys, got disconnected for a payment I'm only suppose make next week when I get paid, but it's showing it's over due already and got disconnected, I asked one of these bots for someone to call me back and they say they can't, bull**** customer service really, I'm already tire from work then I must waste my ****en time on bull**** like this, I'm canceling this **** this weekend I'll get another service provider
So this ****en driver, I wanna put his details here, me and my gf got out the Uber at home, we had a couple of bags, she told when we got inside she forgot the Rain wifi router in the Uber, I call the guy immediately he tells me there's no WiFi router in the car, this router is big, I contact Uber these ****s tell me they couldn't find my item, these ****ers just seem like they don't give a **** after I explained it to them, this guy didn't even leave our area yet, eventually we got hold of the guy the next night explaining to him again, he paused and said we must contact him in 20mins, we call no answer x 3, call again uber tells us we contacted the number to many times, called the next day no answer, so this ****er has router, doesn't wanna return it, I'm going to post his details here, opened up a case against him too at the police. The response from Uber was even more pathetic. So if you forget anything in there car, they can ***** it an get away with it everytime, I know you have to check before you get out but at times this does happen
Your customer service is pathetic really, I play everyday by you, I did a absa cash send withdrawal, 1st 1 I received the voucher and pin the next I did I received nothing, transaction shows complete I resend it and no msg coming through, I phoned Absa they said you guys must sort it out, it's been 33 hours already, don't come with your **** about waiting time, if that was the case I would never play at the casino, sent an email spoke to consultant too it's been escalated, no one gets back to you, you have a waiting time on a waiting time it stays that way, I will rather go loose my money else where, your ****en consultants are like ****en robots, you take money fast but a query you wanna give people ****en days to wait and not get a **** back to them
I did a withdrawal yesterday at 7pm, it's almost 12pm the next day, still waiting, The customer service is pathetic really, I called them and I'm told I'm going to have to wait another 24hrs, ***? Waiting time is ridiculous. Get a better system in place, chatting service doesn't work, waited for an hour no response, your call back servers are down, there's always a problem, no urgency to help customers, the time I decide to try again and nothings changed, by another casino when I withdraw via eft it's immediately in my account, it's done automatically, but here you have to give out extra money trying to contact you for winnings... I don't even wanna write this, its a waste of customers energy because of *********** staff thinking they own these companies and ****ing with the customers time, like we have time to do this **** all day and we don't work at all. So yesterday I played and won, I changed my cell because I'm I don't have my old number anymore, I did a withdrawal of R3000 via instant money standard bank, only seeing after 30mins, it says pending selfie with ID/passport or something, I sent a selfie right and it was light and clear, I uploaded it while chatting to this consultant and I sent an email, they sent me a request number, while waiting I lost a R1000, balance that i still had left, next I see decline withdrawal, I withdraw again, I sent 3 more pics via email and chat, they say its not clear, when I started this process it was 17:30 and its almost 21h00, I'm ****ed off right now, so then i ask my niece to take a picture with her iPhone 14, crystal clear, I emailed it to them and I sent it via chat on there website, these ****ers are mia on both platforms, those those email guys just doesn't ****en reply, live chat is no longer live, just send you request numbers, I'm play a lot and spent a ****load at the casino to date and to get this bull**** customer service after I ****en did what they wanted, if I knew these ****ers would turn up like this i would've ****en paid the R5000 into my account and wait those ****en two day, Oh yes these ****ers where quick to decline my withdrawal, I took a R500 and played in the meantime waiting for these ****ers, now they cant accept my documents thats still pending, bunch of ****s seriously, its like they there to **** off customers and they want me to play and loose all that money, after I emailed them saying I needed it and they should get done with the verification, oh I pay straight from my account and was verified long time ago, declining was so fast but when the right docs are uploaded these ****s become magicians, taking money is easy right.
This casino is a a bunch of cons, there system that they put in place is there only to rob customers, I never ever experienced this by another casino make a deposit via PayU debit card/credit not eft.the point I wanna get across is not eft, so I don't get any proof of payment on my banking app if it's not eft, I lost money before using the same method twice, this time I told them what happened in the past and there calls are record and will be made available to you upon request right, I got proof of what they wanted, contacted PayU and they gave me what I needed and got emails clearly stating that if there's any problem, supabets can contact them, I gave Supabets what they want and forwarded PayU mail to them, these ****ers after all the time and effort I put in these ****ers tell me they can see my transaction but there's an error, now I must send detailed proof of payment, I already sent all my **** to them and told them proof of payment doesn't come up on internet banking if not eft, um I got all the things you wanted because I told you what happened before, they are bunch of bots, bs customer service, I got names emails saved I will post all that on another platform if I can, customer service never experienced this yet and I put in a lot by them and these ****ers still treat you like a ********, if you get and pay for what you want there shouldn't be any problem, they are there to **** off customers, it's two weeks still waiting on feedback nothing, your auto response can ****en die, last comment don't ever start at this casino, you work during the day then have to give all this time to a bunch of cons/****s that serves no purpose at all.
