When you take the time to email management regarding the unsatisfactory service that you have received, surely management would would acknowledge the email. False advertising on a merry moment special as they put it left a very bitter taste in our mouths as the so called pedicure turned into a foot wash! I strongly suggest that you clarify the description of your products that you are selling to your clients. Definitely will not be making use of your services in the future.
