Amazing service
I had an amazing day on my birthday (4 February) at the Spa, everything was amazing from arrival till the end. The staff is amazing, massage was amazing, lunch was delicious and shout out Karabo.

Pedicure turns into a foot wash!
When you take the time to email management regarding the unsatisfactory service that you have received, surely management would would acknowledge the email. False advertising on a merry moment special as they put it left a very bitter taste in our mouths as the so called pedicure turned into a foot wash! I strongly suggest that you clarify the description of your products that you are selling to your clients. Definitely will not be making use of your services in the future.

Well Done Evolve Spa!!
I’m fairly new to the Herm**** area and needed to find a new the******. Martie, at Evolve, was wonderful from the start. She accommodated me with my appointment needing to be extra early. The salon is spotlessly clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere. My treatments were carried out in a friendly and professional manner. I’m looking forward to my next appointment that has already been booked. I highly recommend this Spa!

Evolve Day Spa Boksburg Bad Experience
My husband gave me a birthday gift voucher from Evolve Day Spa Boksburg. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when I arrived. My bad experience started when I changed into one of their Spa gowns, the gown was dirty and full of massage oils which I discovered while waiting in one of the rooms for my therapy. I took photos as evidence. I called one of the consultant's which was very apologetic but left me to fetch a clean gown, she never came back! I went to reception to cancel my appointment, I just wanted to get out of this gown! They do not follow strict covid protocols. The Manager then said they would refund me but only in the new year to which I objected. My husband paid for this expensive treatment in good faith, why must we wait so long for the refund. They then promised to refund the amount within 3 - 5 days. I went to them on 21 December 2021. This was my first and certainly my last visit to any Evolve Day Spa.

Evolve day spa Boksburg
I booked a Birthday treat for my sister. I also added a light lunch for her to enjoy after the body massage. The service I received and communication was very well, very friendly and helpful. My sister enjoyed the morning. She was impressed with the professionalism and even suggested that I book myself for a treat, #WIN Thank you to Evolve Day spa in Boksburg for great experience.
