My husband gave me a birthday gift voucher from Evolve Day Spa Boksburg. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when I arrived. My bad experience started when I changed into one of their Spa gowns, the gown was dirty and full of massage oils which I discovered while waiting in one of the rooms for my therapy. I took photos as evidence. I called one of the consultant's which was very apologetic but left me to fetch a clean gown, she never came back! I went to reception to cancel my appointment, I just wanted to get out of this gown! They do not follow strict covid protocols. The Manager then said they would refund me but only in the new year to which I objected. My husband paid for this expensive treatment in good faith, why must we wait so long for the refund. They then promised to refund the amount within 3 - 5 days. I went to them on 21 December 2021. This was my first and certainly my last visit to any Evolve Day Spa.
