Thee BEST wors and Biltong around. The service is fantastic with friendly and helpful staff. The store itself is spotlessly clean and well maintained.
To anyone needing money for an unexpected expense, go to FINCHOICE !! They have helped me on numerous occasions and are so easy to deal with. They are my “go to” place when desperate situations arise. Thanks to everyone at FINCHOICE for always helping me through difficult situations!!
I wish there was a minus rating. This company is a bunch of underhanded con artists.
Worst place to get fast food in Herm****. I ordered a “twister” and what I got was shocking. 2 little pieces of overcooked chicken and old lettuce.Hardly any mayonnaise and no tomato. The entire wrap was dry inside. Never again. I wish there was a minus rating. They don’t deserve one star
I wish there was a minus star I could give them. They don’t deserve any starts whatsoever. Shocking treatment of customers. Mediocre food. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. They are an embarrassment to the overberg
What a bitterly disappointing experience. As the only Wimpy in Herm**** one would presume that they would be on their toes. I arrived to see the staff chatting away and completely ignoring the door/incoming patrons. I waited for someone to notice me and eventually gave up, helped myself to a menu and found my own table. Then decided what I was having to drink. Had to get up and go to the cashier and placed my order with her. Then my white chocolate milkshake arrived looking NOTHING like the menu suggested. Not a drop of white chocolate in sight. I returned it, and was then given the same one with the chocolate running down the sides of the glass. Such a disappointment, as the Wimpy’s that I’ve been to in Cape Town (at least 5 different ones) have all had great service and the milkshake of choice was always served looking exactly like the menu.
Momentum has done it again!! Thank you Banele Msiza for your fast and efficient work ethic!!
I’m at my wits end with Vodacom. I have tried to cancel my contract which ended last year August, over and over again. They are still billing me monthly. Going to a Vodacom store doesn’t help as they can’t assist you at all. You have to phone. Needless to say, I’ve been phoning and emailing them for months. FINALLY today I hit the jackpot! I am put through to an agent who knows exactly what he’s doing ( a far cry from the rest of them) It seems that the contract has finally been cancelled- almost 7 months later. This young man is polite and apologetic and is very knowledgeable. Well Done Mzomuhle Zondo!! Vodacom is lucky to have you on their team. I hope they appreciate the excellent service you provide to their customers!!
If anyone has been following this thread, Vox has been responding with the same old story. Accounts department will contact you blah blah blah. They do. But sadly, they don’t know what they are doing. They sent the final account and then sent a nil balance statement. They are now trying to charge for the equipment. The equipment was collected by them. I tried for 3 months to get them to collect it. Phone calls. Emails. More phone calls. 🤦♀️Eventually they did collect and now they are charging for it. I’m at my wits end and if this is what’s happening to me, I can only believe that there must be many people in the same position. Maybe Carte Blanche would have better luck.
I’ve just taken out 2 new contracts with Cell C and only because the sales person - Garren Cloete - Cape Gate Branch, was extremely helpful, not to mention knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Answering all my questions. A far cry from Vodacom, who I will never deal with again. Well Done Garren. I will be back in April to for another phone. Cell C should be proud to have you on their team!!
