I strongly recommend that you not use ParcelABC. They took payment from me for collecting an item at Jomo Kenyatta Airport. When I typed in the address, there was no automatic warning that they do not collect in areas around airports. I will told this by someone from customer support a while later. Then gave them an alternative address in Nairobi but go no response from them. I have sent a total of 32 emails to customer support, and still my problem is not resolved. Now, all emails are ignored and my review on their website was not posted. I do not even know if I will get a refund. ParcelABC has no idea how to properly treat their customers. Stay away from them.
