Ons maak altyd gebruik van Lekkerslaap vir ons vakansieverblyf. Ons het nog altyd die beste diens van lekkerslaap af gekry. ALHOEWEL, DIE 23 TOT 31 DESEMBER 2023 BY UMKOMAAS LODGE WAS 'N NAGMERRIE! SWAK, SWAK, SWAK. ALLES IS VERVALLE. ORAL STAAN BOUTOERUSTING EN MATERIAAL ROND. 30 URE SONDER KRAG (NIE LOADSHEDDING NIE). NIE WIFI. TIDAL POOL KAN NIE INGESWEM WORD NIE. ALLES WAS NET 'N TOTALE GEMORS. Ek verstaan dat Lekkerslaap nie bewus is van die omstandighede nie en dis hoekom ek dit onder julle aandag bring. Ons het R2000.00 per nag betaal .... gaan kyk gerus, die prys regverdig nie dit wat ons gekry het nie. Dit sal waardeer word Indian u sal ondersoek instel en aan my die nodige terugvoering sal gee asb.

Pathetic!! I will not recommend anyone to go there. Have to park your car in s**** yard! Home made shower. Have to go without power for up to 30 hours. When I eventually found the staff, they were relaxing in the bar (with generator!)and drinking beer, when I tried to confront them to discuss the matter they were rude and sarcastic. I wanted to get out of the bar and asked if they could give me feedback asap. Needless to say, I never received any feedback. The tidle pool was not safe to swim in. I paid R16k for a ****py room with 2 chairs even though we booked for 4 people. no aircon. no wifi. no dstv. no private beach. Very bad experience . NO STARS, LOW BUDGED ACCOMODATION!!!!!!
