Yesterday 12/12/2025 I reported a issue with my router. I followed the advice and steps given from the call center and Ask rain online service. My unit keeps jump between green and yellow on the 5G network. I was informed they will escalate the issue and get back to me. I have already phoned 4 times and not 1 call back.
I have finished paying everthing in 2021. It is now almost 3 years later. They can't tell me why I am still under dept review.
