Bad After Service

Their after service is just terrible !! Great untill they have your money and then they say not my problem . Have had a washing machine for over a month that I can't use . I finally found LG repairs and set up the appointment . Masons kept telling me they would call and they didn't beaus they never set up a valid appointment with LG SRAY AWAY
