Skinderella South Africa

I bought my Skinderella on 28 December 2023. The company sent me an email on the 02 January 2024 letting me know my device was on the way and gave me a tracking number. I've contacted the company the tracking shortcut takes me to and it is not a valid number. I confirmed with the shipping company twice. Skinderella does not have a contact number only a Facebook account and gmail address.
