I am happy with Platinum Life customer service. They are very friendly people and convincing when it come to their business dealings with people.
Since we have the bond with Fnb we had problems. Issues with over payments that went into flexi/access bond which disappeared and I have been given all sorts of incorrect answers as to where my funds disappeared to. Furthermore we never have a proper answer up until today and need answers . I received 3 different answers via email stating the disappearance of the funds then my email account was hacked and to my surprise the 3 mails was deleted and removed from my account therefore I need a contact from their IT department to see who hacked my account and where the funds disappeared to. I sent several mails to enquire what my monthly bond repayment is but still no response. I have more related issues such as Insurance etc.
Platinum Life is prompt with their responses so would gladly recommend.
