On 2026/01/25 my debit order did not go through with Cartrack due to insufficient funds in my account. They contacted me and I opted to make a payment to their FNB account No: 62056796281 using my banking App, I made an immediate payment on the 11/02/2026 and today is the 24/02/2026 and They keep on calling me everyday telling me that my account is in areas, I keep on telling them the same story but they all seem to be *********** since none of them brings a solution " Your payment has not yet reflected" HOW MANY YEARS" does it take for a payment to reflect to you CARTRACK? One of their consultants said I should send the proof of payment to their Whatsapp of which I did, the proof of payment was acknowledged and recieved on that WhatsApp number, yet everyday I still get the same calls. I have spent about R100 airtime trying to call Cartrack and have this resolved because they no longer reply on that WhatsApp number and everytime I call I am being taken from Pillar to Post, " let me ask the Accounts Department" you will hold until your Airtime is Depleted. Accounts Department told me to send an email to Allocations@Cartrack.co.za and ask them to allocate the money I have sent to them about 2 weeks back. I sent that email and they never rep****, never allocated my payment. I am so tired of Cartrack, seems like all these Companies are the same, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wait until they want a sale, they call you everyday until they have closed the deal. Cartrack fix your MESS and I want it fixed today, I will not be paying double the installment tomorrow. I would rather cancel what I have with you NXA!!!
Very poor Customer Service, I cancelled a Funeral Policy and app**** for a refund, they have been taking me from pillar to post, I have been calling them everyday for almost two weeks now and there is no progress yet they keep on telling me that a agent has been appointed and in 24hrs to 48hrs the matter will be resolved, same story always, if you don't call them to make a follow up they won't communicate. They keep on telling me that they will investigate the matter but when they deducted money from my Payslip they never did any Investigation.
These people have been failing to clear my name from their credit bereau, I paid their money in 2022 March and it is now 2024 and it still shows me as a person who owes them and I keep on declined for credit because of them. Tried receiving help from a lady called ntomfuthi Zwane who works for a branch in Daveyton she was laughing with her colleague and we don’t know what funny they even refused to give us their head office number just laughing in the phone we worse hang up on us twice with our airtime please I am In desperate need of help
