I called the store at 3:00 PM to confirm if they had a specific item I needed for my son, and I was informed that they did have it in stock. I finished work early and arrived at the store before closing time. However, when I approached the door, an employee came to me and before I could even properly finish my sentence, the employee rudely interrupted me, stating, 'It’s out of stock,' and then closed the door in my face, despite it being around 4:40 PM and the store closing at 5:00 PM. There were still customers inside. It’s frustrating to encounter such unprofessional behavior when all I wanted to do was make a purchase. If you are not comfortable with selling to a certain group of people maybe consider setting up your business somewhere where 80% of the population belongs to that group.
