I would give zero stars if I could. The store was empty, yet only one till was open, assisting a single customer. When I approached, the cashier spoke to me very rudely and told me to “just wait there.” A few moments later, another customer walked in, didn’t join the queue, and was immediately assisted with a big smile. The inconsistency in service was unacceptable. The staff were slow, unhelpful, and made no effort to acknowledge me. After waiting far too long, I eventually left without any assistance. Extremely disappointing service for a customer-facing business—professionalism and fairness should be standard.

I called the store at 3:00 PM to confirm if they had a specific item I needed for my son, and I was informed that they did have it in stock. I finished work early and arrived at the store before closing time. However, when I approached the door, an employee came to me and before I could even properly finish my sentence, the employee rudely interrupted me, stating, 'It’s out of stock,' and then closed the door in my face, despite it being around 4:40 PM and the store closing at 5:00 PM. There were still customers inside. It’s frustrating to encounter such unprofessional behavior when all I wanted to do was make a purchase. If you are not comfortable with selling to a certain group of people maybe consider setting up your business somewhere where 80% of the population belongs to that group.

Bad customer relations. Had been going to the store for 3 days just to hear they out of stock of certain items. Shop assistants ask you to contact the store so that the customers don't have to drive there unnecessary, but tried contacting them on both land and cell number no one bothers to answer their phones. I've tried phoning from 16h00 - 16h45 on 10 Jan.2022 that is till 15 min before closing time. On the 11 Jan.2022 I tried calling numerous times from 9h00 when store reopens to no avail so once again we had to go to the store again just to hear the stock is still on- route the assistant could'nt even tell us when about it will arrive since they have been telling us every time the stock is on it's way. The store manager spoke very unprofessional and rude to the customers whilst people are standing in long lines for hours. The store manager also said they can't answer their phones as the store is busy. So we want to know why will you have people employed that say you must contact the store and then a store manager who say they don't have time to answer the store phones as they are busy. Really bad,unprofessional service since they the only walk in store to sell Curro school items.
