On the 15th June 2023, I purchased 2 pairs of Jeans from lady Lush https://ladylush.co.za/ After many delays and attempts to contact their support, via WhatsApp, Email and via their social media I still do not have my products, 8 months later. Any attempts to WhatsApp them ( their whatsapp number has changed ), or email them ( their support email changed as well ), I have had no joy. There have been numerous stories from them such as 1. Customs delays 2. Change of ownership of the company 3. Delivered to the incorrect address 4. No stock I have asked for a refund on multiple occasions and I get no joy
Centrafin are a finance house that allows Small Business to obtain financing to purchase equipment necessary to function, this financing is at a premium. Once the term of the financed contract comes to an end, Centrafin continue to debit and charge the client , up until , the client cancels the contract, even though the term has come to an end. In our case, our 60 month contract was ended, we had paid up the finance loan and interest for the PBX purchased. They continued to debit our account, on review they told us we had not sent a letter to them saying that the contract was ended. Centrafin had also not followed due diligence and sent any notification or tried to get hold of the client ( appears as if it is in their best interest not to inform the client and get a few extra months of debit orders ) Once we had sent the letter of termination they then demanded the outstanding amounts that they deemed were "due" post the 60 month contract agreement, and demanded the return of the equipment. The Equipment has been returned to their warehouse and termination information was sent to them. They still continued to debit the client account. The client blocked all debits from them at the bank, and they have now lodged the client for black listing.
