I firstly tried to call the restaurant 7 times to confirm the time they close but everytime the call answered it got dropped and there were times the call just rang, there was no way to get in contact with them. On arrival to the restaurant we asked the lady at the entrance if there was enough food as we know the buffet started at 18h00 and we obviously didn't arrive at 6 on the dot we got there around 19.50 and we also enquired about what the servings was as it was our first time trying the place out. She assured us there was ample amount of food available and she said they serve a wide variety, we paid a balance of R600 as we already did a R100 reservation booking online so the total cost was R700. We got to our table at 20h00. When we got to the food station, the food was almost finished the chefs did not even replenish what was finished we asked for lamb to which one of the chef served us and that too when we asked for more than 1 slice she just stared at us before she could serve is with another slice. Further more when i went for a second serving of lamb i was informed they didnt serve lamb and only had beef to which they served my wife who don't eat beef due to religious reasons. they served her beef stating it was lamb. Every serving station we went to we had to call for assistance as they were doing everything else except serving guest. The food was so limited and there was Bearly anything to eat. My wife even asked a waiter for a new set of forks and knife that never even came. We spend half an hour at the restaurant and left totally unsatisfied. When we called for a the manager she was even offering a take away bag but what was we suppose to take away when all the food was finished. The cakes were so dry and there is hardly a variety to choose from, it was very limiting. Mind u there was even people walking around taking a survey about the experience in the first 15mins of us arriving and when we stated we was not impressed they did not even ask for us to elaborate so what type of survey were they doing as I'm sure they were only taking what they felt was suitable to them. I even showed pictures to the manager and all she did was apologize n state her staff wasn't suppose to be doing this like this. And by 20h20 staff was hardly to be of assistance as they were busy at the dishing station for themselves. Rosetta clearly don't know how to care for their customers this was a first and last time experience and total waste of money. We spent R700 for half an hour just for us to go buy food somewhere else as all we ate was 2 slices of the "beef" with roast potatoes and carrots. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
