FNB gaslit me and said they made purchases at Woolworths food, PnP, Mica etc with no money in my account and they paid on my behalf. How sway?! I sent them my in contact transactions and they came up with a different reason after I told them my account was compromised. They still haven’t resolved the case, it’s been THREE months. Reported them to the banking ombudsman. I HATE that bank!!!
I have no idea how this place is registered on booking.com!! CLARK is rude, condescending and takes ZERO accountability. I made a booking at misty mountain in sabie via booking.com on the 22nd of December 2023 for 2 sleeper unit using the “pay with wallet” option which they have on their property booking page. When I received a confirmation for the booking, I noticed they had charged the amount on my card. This now became my issue even though I sent screenshots to show them they have the option listed. I’ve just been FULLY refunded by Booking.com after they refused to pay me back all my money even though it was clearly not my error. Imagine paying thousands of rands for one night in a run down place with ancient furniture in 2024? I only booked because I was using credits and my daughter wanted to do activities in MP. Do not book here, check the other reviews on Hello Peter and notice the DEMOGRAPHIC that isn’t happy with their services or lack thereof. If you experience this and aren’t lucky enough to get your refund, report them to the ombudsman!
