****...and a shockingly bad experience

Awful, shocking and a ****. Paid for a gas refill on 12/12/23 and was pushed to show proof of payment, which I duly did. Was told that the truck was on its way to deliver but then it "broke down" and didn't hear back from them. Called, texted and emailed but no response. Eventually was told that there is a scarcity of gas in the region and they are struggling to get a supply. Then out of necessity, contacted a competitor (Kepu) who delivered within 24 hours. Still not hear from Premier Gas. Please avoid at all costs !!
