I had the worst experience. We were a table of 20 and half of the table order was incorrect from meats to forgotten drinks. One of the kids had a nut allergy which was made known and still got served food with nuts, which cudve caused serious problems. Steaks that came out was cold but the plate was warm. I expected a higher quality seeing that we paid over R9000. I choose this property as we had an excellent experience the at hussar grill willow bridge. Very dissatisfied seeing it was my twins First holy communion. I wont recommend this property. I know service as i am a manager at cloud9 botique hotel and spa. Expected better.
