Bad service!

We contracted HWH Designs to replace shelves and a side panel plus a shelf for the broom cupboard. They came to measure up, the deposit was paid and it was almost a month before we had any response(bearing in mind that we had to follow up as to when work might begin). Then they came back to re-measure. The manager dropped his 2 guys off making sure that he mentioned to us, that the one was his 'best guy'. The shelves were fitted to the cupboard under the sink, only to discover that they had either been fitted back to front or they were incorrectly manufactured. We still don't know. On packing cleaning products back into the broom cupboard, the distance between the two shelves was incorrect(larger bottles no longer fitted). A week later the new shelves were fitted, doors hung, side panel and new cut-our shelf fitted. It was only a month later we had decided to store water bottles under the sink, only to discover that the plumbing was leaking. When we complained, we were told that they were not plumbers. My response being, "You should not have taken on the job, either that or you sub-contract a plumber to refit the pipes"! They then wanted us to cover the cost of a plumber. After standing our ground, they eventually agreed to sending a plumber out. I can't guarantee their service!
