Bad service and ****mers they dont want with my money I paid for their service, on the 1st of January I bought a bus ticket from Johannesburg to Durban, so the transaction said technical issue so they where unable to deduct only to release the transaction went through, so while the 1st transaction its giving me a problem I go and buy another ticket so then I reliase the 1st transaction went through and Justgo didn't send me a ticket for 1st transaction fine, I call support to report and send all screen shorts and all proof I had, then they said they will send me a voucher to use when ever I am ready to travel fine they sent it, I didnt use it, last week now I want to travel i want to use the voucher I have from Justgo it says invalid voucher, I contact support for help they kept on taking me from pillar to post how their manager is not available, everyday its manager not available i spoke to 2 guys from Justgo they say same thing I asked for a refund even today they said it has been processed even today nothing like nothing I will never ever use this ****mers

Worst flat worst agents ****mers mafadi
I rented a flat at Wavecrest Gillespie moved in on the 2nd of October 2023 I have never seen such a company with dishonest agents, we paid deposit plus rent which is half deposit plus full rent and all other admin fees fine. Moved in settled first month bill comes I am in arrears with 3000 something plus I am in arrears of water first month never used their water no one has told me that we must pay water to be able to buy water, go to caretaker tell him a the statement says I owe some money 3000 he said they charged me double deposit instead of half e sent the query to head office even today my query has not been resolved, they bring u amounts of arrears for water that u don't even use. Serving my notice on Feb sick already the cleaners sit the whole day with the security they dont clean they don't sweap the passages smell urine up and down, I can't never seen such my entire life, my light switch is not working reported to Mfanamfuthi he never came to fix the geyser is licking water told him he didn't fix the door doesn't lock properly still no one came to fix u report nothing happens.
